Bank Transfer
DetailsFIBO Group Holdings Ltd accepts the funds via bank transfer in Euro, US Dollars, Pounds Sterling, Swiss Francs, and Russian Rubbles.
When processing the transfer, please consider the amount of commissions charged by the sending bank and also specify, who is paying charges of the corresponding banks. The typical time for the bank transfer to reach our account is normally 2-5 working days.
You would see our bank details once you complete the procedure of choosing the currency and the amount of the deposit and confirm the details that has been input in your personal cabinet.
Also the "Replenishment Notice" will be automatically created and will appear on the screen once you confirm the details of the deposit. You may print the "Replenishing Notice" and will also be able in your personal cabinet for the future reference.
Commissions: for the details of our bank's commissions please follow the link above. The sender's bank's commission would depend on the bank plus the commissions of the corresponding banks if applicable.
Limits: there no maximum limits, the minimum initial deposit to the account should be at least USD 300. For further transactions the minimum deposit required is USD 100.
Depositing to the account: upon arrival at our bank account. Typical time the transfer may take is 2-5 working day.
Currencies: US Dollar, Euro, British Pound Sterling, Swiss Franc, Rubble RF.

Credit/Debit card payments

Important! Before submitting the required documents for depositing funds to your account via Credit/Debit card, please check with your bank whether your card is covered by the 3D Secure Service.
You can deposit funds to your trading account using your MasterCard, VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro, Maestro International (in GBP only and for 3D transactions), SOLO, Switch, Delta, Diners Club (only Diners MID) and Laser. Please note that each card should have a СМС code and be covered by the 3D Secure Service. Please note that we are unable to process third party payments.
The Service is not available for cards issued by the banks of the USA and Canada.
If you are transferring funds to your trading account using your bank card for the first time, you should provide us with:
- a scanned copy of your bank card clearly displaying your first and last name and the first six and last four digits of your card number (please black out the extra digits); the back side of the card should clearly display your signature;
- a scanned copy of your passport;
- a scanned copy of one of the following documents: your driving license, international passport/ID card or a utility bill that is not more than three months old.
Please send all of the above documents by email to finance@fibogroup.eu or you can upload your documents to the “Mail Box” section of your FIBO account. You will shortly receive a confirmation that your documents have been processed, then all you need to do is to enter the first six and last four digits of your card number.
Please pay attention that for accounts deposited to with a bank card, funds withdrawal is possible only to an account held in the name of the trading account holder.
Depositing via bank card:
- Go to Replenish your account now!

- Choose the trading account you wish to replenish.
- Enter deposit amount, the first 6 and last 4 digits of your card number
- Click the “Replenish” button
- You will be taken to the website of the payment service provider SafeCharge, where you will need to fill in a short form. Please double check your information and click “Pay”.
- After performing the transaction, please complete the Payment notification form in your Client Cabinet. Your funds should now be on your trading account.
A Transaction Receipt with a transaction ID will be sent to your email.

Fees: For EUR GBP DKK NOK CHF SEK currency pairs – 2.49% + €0.35.
For others (including USD) – 2.99% + $0.35.
Transfer sum limit: no more than 3 000 USD per transaction and no more than 3 transactions within a 24-hour period. The Service is not available for cards issued by the banks of the USA and Canada.
Processing: Within business hours after we receive your PAYMENT NOTIFICATION FORM filled in after the transaction in your Client Cabinet.
Currency: Any.

WebMoney transfers
DetailsThe WebMoney Online Payment System has various options for immediate and non-refundable transactions. A wide range of deposit/withdrawal options, coupled with small fees, make WebMoney transfers even more attractive. You can replenish your trading account via WebMoney(our WMID 177244012598):

Immediate replenishment via the WebMoney electronic payment system.
How does it work?
To replenish your account via WebMoney, you will need to transfer funds from your "purse" to one of our Webmoney purses. You can find our WebMoney details in your FIBO account. When making a transfer, indicate the number of the trading account to be replenished in the “comments” field. We recommend that you use a protection code when making transfers.
To join WebMoney, you need to install a Client Interface on your PC, PDA or mobile device, register with the System, accept the Terms of Use, after which you will receive a WMID – a unique identification number and your account number and identifier within the System. Registration also requires verification: every user should apply for and receive a WM Passport — an online document supplied during registration that verifies your personal data. For more information, please see the WebMoney website.
Fees: For each transaction you will be charged 0.8% of no less than 0.01WM. Maximum transaction fees differ for each WM currency (e.g. USD 50, EUR 50, RUR 1500).
Transfer sum limit: none.
Processing: within an hour for direct payments made during business hours.
Currency: EUR, USD, RUR.

Sending money by Western Union
DetailsWestern Union is a market leader in international electronic payments solutions, providing cross-border payment services through which cash flow, cost reduction and payment processing are considerably improved. It provides reliable and flexible payment schemes in over 350,000 Western Union Agent locations worldwide.
In order to top up your account via Western Union, you should first send the funds to us from your local Western Union office indicating the name of the Executive Director of FIBO Group Holdings Ltd: "Mr Pavlos Kosidis". After that please make a scan copy of your receipt and transmit it to our e-mail address: finance@fibogroup.eu . Then, please click on the link "Sending money by Western Union" (in your personal cabinet) and you will be automatically directed to the pages that represent the procedure of depositing funds through the Western Union payments.
It is important that use exactly the same sender's name as the one stated on your trading account, otherwise the funds cannot be deposited to your account.
Please note!
You should specify Cyprus (EU-member country) as the beneficiary destination country and not Northern Cyprus. Western Union regards these as two separate states, and in case you put down Northern Cyprus as a destination country, we will not be able to receive the funds that you send to us.

Sending money by Skrill
DetailsYou can also replenish your personal trading account via Skrill. To deposit funds to your trading account via Skrill, you must have an account with Skrill . Please be advised that the payments can only be accepted from the account with the same name as stated on the client's personal trading account with FIBO. The payments sent from the third paries cannot be accepted and we will have to send them back to the original source.

To deposit the funds to your trading account through the OKPAY payment system, you should first have an account opened with them. Please be advised that the payments can only be accepted from the account with the same name as stated on the client's personal trading account with FIBO. The payments sent from the third paries cannot be accepted and we will have to send them back to the original source.
