The MetaQuotes company has been working on the development of the MetaTrader 5 platform for more than three years. The developer set itself the task to create a completely new multimarket platform that meets the increasing demands of brokers and traders. The result of the laborious work is the release of the terminal, that has a new trading system, a distributed architecture, high productivity and flexibility.
The new platform has a range of differences from the previous versions of the terminal. Some differences may seem unusual or even uncomfortable for traders who use their well-tested strategies (speaking about the netting settlement system and the absence of locks). However, since the MT5 absolutely corresponds to the world practice of online trading, we are sure, that many professionals will be interested in the possibilities of the new program and eventually it will find its admirers.
