Margin requirements from Polish clients

DEAR CLIENTS!

Please, be informed that at the request of the KNF – Polish Financial Supervision Authority since 16th July 2015 a retail investor is allowed to invest in derivatives having a margin deposit that amounts to at least 1 % of the nominal contract value of that instrument. Therefore since 16th July 2015 the leverage for the clients from the Republic of Poland will be changed to 1:100 (or less). You can familiarize yourself with the new requirement on the following web-site: http://isap.sejm.gov.pl/DetailsServlet?id=WDU20150000073. A corresponding notifications have been sent to emails of already existing Polish clients.
