Shares are one of the most popular financial instruments worldwide. FIBO Group Holdings offers its clients a unique possibility to trade more than 8000 US stocks and ETFs through CFDs. This option allows traders to take “short” or “long” positions for a specific stock without the need to own the physical share or ETF. If you believe that a share price will fall, you can take a short position (sell) - or take a long position (buy) if you believe the price of the share will rise, and your profits will maximize in line with the position you take and the market movement.
1 The commission is specified for one way of the trade.
The stock CFD derives from underlying stock, whose movements may be volatile and unpredictable. Those movements can prevent the Client from opening and closing a trade and will affect the price at which it can be done. Moreover, it may be difficult or impossible to close an open position. It also includes the case when the price of the underlying rises or falls in one trading session to such an extent that under the rules of the relevant exchange trading is suspended or restricted.
Liquidity risk affects your ability to trade. It is the risk that your CFD or asset cannot be traded at the time you want to trade (to prevent a loss, or to make a profit).
There might be a time lag between the moment you place your order and the moment it is executed. That’s why your order might not be executed at the price you expected. Your trades cannot be placed or executed during pre-market or close hours.
